Slow-cooked Chiang Mai heritage

Step back into a candlelit Chiang Mai kitchen. We serve ancestral Thai recipes and hand-ground spice pastes, simmered quietly and served in our warm, antique-filled Church Stretton dining room.

Our Craft

Stone-ground and simmered quietly

We do not rush our broths; they simmer quietly on the stove all morning to gather slow-cooked depth. Every morning begins with stone-grinding our spice pastes by hand in heavy mortars, allowing ancestral Chiang Mai flavors to blossom before our doors open at five.
